Dear Mr. Clarke,

Have you ever been frustrated whenever you have had car difficulties and you were driving one of your company’s cars? Have you ever realized that plant workers jobs are being cut every year and ruining their family’s lives? Are you consumed with the greed of money or are you ready to make those changes in your company that are vital? If you have a different perspective in life than having money, I have some suggestions. Remember I am not telling you how to run your company just what the people think you should do about it.

Many plants and workers from your company have been laid off for the cause of saving money. It is not helping the economy. You would not have to cut workers jobs off if you went about saving your companies money the right way. By putting your company’s money into accounts and CDs' you can gain plenty interest over time so you do not have to cut workers health benefits and not close plants. You really need to make a program where creative minds in different cities can create cars that are fuel mileage efficient, cheap, and still look cool. Many battles have been fought to take over the automotive industry and the foreign companies have come on top. Many people like all people have bought one of GM’s cars and it has had technical difficulties and malfunctioned like dashboard lights, power steering, and main gaskets, should I continue? You have a lot of smart minds in your company use them to make your company better do the right thing.

In conclusion, many things have been done to make your company better and most of the time has only made them worse. If you want to be a leader follow my suggestions. It’s the right thing to do. It will benefit not only the people who work for you, also making their job easier, and benefit the people who buy your cars. You know what is best for your company.
